Difference between shift manager and manager?

Ok i am lookign for a job at a casino i currently work at seneca niagara casino and found a job as a shift manager at the 24 hour cafe and restaurant at seneca allegany casino. what is the main dfference between shift manager and manager and what do you think would be the pay for a restaurant shift manager at a casino?

Scope of power: a shift manager is only in charge of things happening during that shift (maybe a little delegated work from a higher manager but nothing truly serious). It can be similar to a supervisor, but you would like be responsible for more than just the people.

As for pay, too many factors. You would be better off asking around Seneca.
